I've had this idea for a little while and wanted to try it.
The hardest part about making this piece was finding the ribbon stock! it doesnt exist i tell you!
As a stock artist as well as a manipulator i am making a mental note to make some ribbon stock!
Quite pleased how this turned out. Much better than my last one.

i've been wondering on how people add hairs to stock photos.. with brushes? would you mind telling me, coz this is so wonderful

well yes you can download hair brushes for photoshop wich can give you the 'ready made windswept look' or alternatively some artists draw the hair on themselves, it depends on you
